Truth be told, there is no strategy to help you play Roulette and win all the time. Roulette is a game of pure chance.
A GAME OF PURE CHANCE
You can make choices about how to bet and the level of risk and payoff you want, but there is no particular skill that can influence the outcome of the game, which is 100% random.
HOW TO INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING
You have two options to increase your odds of winning at Roulette:
1. Make outside bets with 1: 1 payouts for the best odds of winning.
2. If possible, play European Roulette (see illustration). You will find that it has 36 squares rather than 37. This means that the house advantage is 2.7%. Therefore, the odds of winning are better for you than in American Roulette, where the house edge is 5.26%.
SEQUENCES OR TRENDS
Some players believe that it is best to bet on or against the trend in an attempt to increase their odds of winning. For example, if the ball has come to rest seven times on black, you might think that it will do so again, or that red is due to win the next time, and therefore bet accordingly. In other words, you are using past information to guide you in your next bets.
In reality, previous results do not influence the result of the next round. It doesn’t matter that the ball has landed 7 times in a row on black.
Some players base their game on betting systems like the martingale, where you double your bets after every loss. We do not recommend this, as this will spend your gaming budget much faster than you normally would, and with no guarantee of recouping your losses.
PROLONG THE PLEASURE
Go for outside bets with odds of winning an amount equal to the initial bet (1: 1) and play tables and games with the lowest minimum bets. It will help you stretch your budget longer. If you have a budget of $ 100, you don’t want to spend $ 25 per round because you’ll be done playing very quickly.
PLACE FEWER BETS:
If you place too many bets, you will quickly hit your gambling budget. When you wager less, you can extend your fun for longer.
Sometimes it’s fun to just watch. You can slow down by alternating between playing and watching.
